The role emphasizes strong communication, active listening, and a customer-centric approach, with a schedule that may include weekends and evenings and a starting wage of $21 per hour in the Massachusetts area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital).
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience recommending and referring products.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions to assess needs and build relationships.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Comfort with using digital technology to support branch goals.
• Eligible to work during branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app and ATM usage to complete simple transactions.
• Provide personalized financial advice to help customers reach goals.
• Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits.
• Follow all banking policies including cash handling and local regulations.
