Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• 6 months experience handling transactions (cash/digital).
• 1 year of customer experience with product/service recommendations.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to identify needs and build long-term relationships.
• Comfort with using digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Video interview assessment to be completed within 7 days of applying.
