The position requires handling data, using MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, and working in a fast-paced team. Telework may be available; regular hours are day shift, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility for public assistance.
• Evaluate data from various sources and enter information into the eligibility system.
• Compute and authorize benefits based on eligibility determinations.
• Process work per regulations and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
