Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join a clinician-led, patient-centered telehealth team. Practice from home with flexible days and hours, and collaborate with prescribers to coordinate care.

You will work in a team-based format with monthly case discussions, while maintaining autonomy to act in the patient’s best interest without corporate interference. This position is remote nationwide and supports full- or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in other states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of the patient without corporate interference.
• Caseloads build rapidly; collaborate with colleagues across the company.
• Work in teams of therapists and a prescriber with regular coordination.
• Attend monthly virtual staffings to discuss cases or clinical topics.
• Clinical work from home with flexible days/hours; meetings are virtual.
