Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health company delivering telehealth care by licensed therapists and prescribers. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, practice in the best interest of patients, and work from home with schedule flexibility.

We emphasize regular collaboration with prescribers (at least monthly) and team-based coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers. Compensation is hourly, with medical insurance for those who work full-time.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required.
• Experience with LGBTQ+ and transgender communities desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of the patient.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team with prescribers.
• Attend monthly staffings with prescribers to discuss cases.
• Work from home with flexible days/hours; virtual meetings.
