Qualifications

• Must be licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working with diverse populations (LGBTQ+ and transgender communities) desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical psychotherapy via telehealth from home with flexible days/hours.
• Collaborate with psychiatric prescribers and counselors to coordinate care.
• Engage in regular team staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases.
• Support coordination between psychiatric and counselor providers in a team-based setting.
• Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and maintain patient confidentiality and documentation.
