Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth psychiatry and psychotherapy. Clinicians work from home with hours chosen by the clinician and virtual team meetings with prescribers.

We seek licensed therapists to join our growing teams, collaborating with prescribers monthly to discuss cases and clinical topics. The role emphasizes teamwork and coordination across psychiatric and counseling providers, with emphasis on diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or LPC licensure and be open to other states.
• Prior clinical psychotherapy experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the patient's best interest, without corporate interference.
• Manage rapidly growing caseloads and coordinate with teammates.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers.
• Participate in regular virtual staffing with collaborating prescribers (at least monthly).
