Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-centered behavioral health company offering telehealth psychotherapy from home. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, collaborating with prescribers and a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discuss clinical topics on a regular basis.

Days and hours are chosen by the clinician, with virtual team meetings. A compensation is hourly and medical insurance is available for those providing full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC or equivalent and open to licensing in other states.
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations including LGBTQ+ and transgender communities is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy from home with flexible days/hours chosen by the clinician.
• Collaborate with the psychiatric prescriber and counselors to coordinate care.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and quality of service.
