The practice emphasizes collaboration between psychiatric prescribers and counselors, rapid caseload growth, and autonomy in patient care, supported by hourly compensation and benefits for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain autonomy to act in the patient’s best interest without corporate interference.
• Caseloads build rapidly; coordination with team members is encouraged.
• Work within teams composed of therapists and prescribers and collaborate regularly.
• Participate in monthly staffing with collaborating prescribers to discuss cases or topics.
• Clinical work performed from home; scheduling is clinician-controlled and meetings are virtual.
