Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is seeking licensed clinicians to provide telehealth psychotherapy from a home-based setting. You will have autonomy to practice in the patient’s best interest, with regular collaboration with prescribers and therapists across a growing team.

Clinicians work remotely with flexible days and hours, engaging in monthly virtual team meetings to discuss cases and clinical topics. Compensation is hourly, and full-time clinicians receive medical insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states.
• Significant prior clinical experience as a psychotherapist preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender communities desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions with patients.
• Collaborate with prescribers and therapists in a team-based model.
• Attend regular virtual clinical staff meetings (monthly).
• Coordinate care to ensure patient confidentiality and continuity of care.
