BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led, patient-focused behavioral health company delivering telehealth psychotherapy and counseling. We seek licensed clinicians who value patient-centered care and collaboration, with autonomy to practice in the best interest of the client from home.

You will join a team of therapists and a prescriber, with regular monthly case discussions. Clinical work is performed remotely with flexible days and hours, and compensation is hourly; full-time positions include

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to multi-state licensing.
• Significant clinical experience preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender communities encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Practice autonomously in the best interest of the patient with minimal corporate interference.
• Collaborate with psychiatric prescribers and counselors to coordinate care.
• Participate in monthly staffings to discuss cases and clinical topics.
• Deliver clinical care via telehealth from home with flexible scheduling.
• Engage in team-based coordination to ensure integrated care.
