Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych, a clinician-led behavioral health company, is seeking licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy from home with flexible days and hours chosen by you. You will work in a team-based model with collaborating prescribers and regular monthly case discussions.

We value patient-centered care, diverse populations, and strong communication. Licensure in LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC across states is preferred, with opportunities for insurance benefits for full-time clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in multiple states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant prior clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered psychotherapy with autonomy in the patient’s best interest.
• Collaborate with collaborating prescribers, with monthly coordination of patient cases or clinical topics.
• Work within a team-based format to ensure coordination between psychiatric and counseling providers.
