The American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to sell registrations for community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will act as a consultant to understand customer needs and close sales in a fast-paced environment.

Expect an hourly wage with commissions; base pay is $16.15/hour, with potential earning through commissions. Location-based salary reviews apply; relocation is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a call center.
• Strong multitasking across multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls for training courses and store products.
• Uncover customer training and product needs as a consultant.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and store products.
• Process transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document calls in Salesforce.
• Upsell related store products with class enrollment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or cancellations per policy.
• Answer questions and address concerns about classes or products.
• Aim to meet Training revenue of $325K and Retail revenue of $80K per year.
