American Red Cross is seeking a Telesales Specialist, RSG to drive B2C registrations for community training classes and Red Cross Store products. You will act as a consultant to understand customer needs, recommend courses and store items, and process orders with accuracy across Sales systems.

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within a Call Center.
• Ability to effectively multi-task across multi-system platforms.
• Strong Influence and negotiation skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in taking Red Cross training courses or purchasing Red Cross Store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover customer training and Red Cross retail product needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross training classes and Store products based on customer needs.
• Handle credit card transactions and place orders through Sales systems.
• Document and update all cases with required call information in Salesforce.
• Upsell Store products that complement class enrollment.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or cancellations following policies.
