Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for customers interested in training courses or store products.
• Act as consultant to uncover training and store needs.
• Recommend and sell Red Cross classes and store products.
• Process credit card transactions and place orders.
• Document and update all cases in Salesforce.
• Upsell store products that complement class enrollment.
• Handle returns, exchanges or cancellations following policies.
• Answer questions about classes or products.
• Aim to attain training revenue of $325K/year and store revenue of $80K/year.
