Job summary

Sereact is seeking a Teleoperation Engineer to sit at the intersection of operations and engineering. You will train and manage a team of teleoperation operators, establish data collection standards, and bridge project management with the technical teams developing teleoperation and policy systems.

You will maintain teleoperation proficiency, translate operational insights into engineering feedback, and grow in scope as we scale the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, or a technical environment.
• Completed or in progress technical degree highly preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc)
• Exposure to teleoperation or VR based gaming and control systems is a big plus
• Background in a structured, process oriented, or fast paced operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Train teleoperation operators and establish QA standards for task execution and data quality.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks for teleoperation workflows.
• Act as the bridge between operations and engineering, translating operator feedback into actionable guidance.
• Develop and maintain logs, trackers, and documentation for training outcomes and data quality metrics.
