Job summary

Nabla is seeking a Teleoperation Trainer to sit at the intersection of operations and engineering. You will train and quality-manage a team of teleoperation operators, establish data collection standards, and translate operational insight into actionable engineering feedback.

This hands-on role grows in scope as we scale, maintaining QA processes, SOPs, and logs, and serving as the bridge between project management and robotics development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, QA, or operations coordination in a technical setting.
• Experience in a structured, process-driven or fast-paced operations.
• No formal education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train teleoperation operators and establish QA standards.
• Monitor operator performance and data quality across projects.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for teleoperation workflows.
• Bridge between operations and engineering, translating feedback.
• Maintain logs of training outcomes and quality metrics.
