Sereact in the United States seeks a Teleoperation Engineer to blend operations and engineering. You will train and manage a team of teleoperation operators, maintain data collection standards, and serve as the bridge between project management and the tech teams developing teleoperation and policy systems.

The role starts hands-on with robotic systems, then grows in scope as the company scales. Strong communication, QA discipline, and ability to turn operational insights into actionable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, or a technical environment.
• Pursuing or completed degree in Engineering/CS/Data Science preferred.
• Exposure to teleoperation, VR-based gaming, or control systems is a plus.
• Background in a structured, fast-paced operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on operation of robotic systems; active teleoperation is core to the role.
• Maintain proficiency across teleoperation interfaces (VR, joystick, control rigs).
• Set the standard for task execution and demonstration quality.
• Onboard and train new teleoperation operators; establish QA standards.
• Monitor operator performance and data quality across active projects.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks.
• Build and maintain trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation.
• Maintain logs of training outcomes, data quality metrics, and cross-team feedback.
• Bridge between operations and engineering; translate guidance into operator instructions.
• Identify patterns in operator errors and elevate issues with structured context.
• Support data collection pipelines and interfaces with operational insight.
