Job summary

Sereact GmbH is seeking a Teleoperation Engineer to bridge operations and engineering, train a team of teleoperation operators, and establish data standards. You will maintain teleoperation proficiency and translate operational insight into engineering feedback, with growing scope as the team scales.

You will spend significant hands-on time operating robotic systems, maintain VR/joystick control interfaces, and set standards for task execution and demonstration quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, or a technical environment.
• Completed or in progress technical degree highly preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc)
• Exposure to teleoperation or VR based gaming and control systems is a big plus
• Background in a structured, process oriented, or fast paced operational setting

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic systems directly; active teleoperation is core.
• Train teleoperation operators and establish QA standards.
• Maintain data quality, logs, and reporting.
• Bridge between operations and engineering, translating feedback.
