Job summary

Sereact GmbH is seeking a Teleoperation Trainer to bridge operations and engineering, training a team of teleoperation operators, maintaining data collection standards, and feeding engineering with actionable feedback. The role starts hands-on and grows in scope as we scale.

You will train staff, build QA processes, SOPs, and maintain logs of training outcomes and data quality, coordinating across operations and robotics engineering to improve live teleoperation systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment.
• Background in a structured, process-driven or fast-paced operational setting.
• No specific educational requirement.

Responsibilities

• Train and quality-manage teleoperation operators with consistent standards for task execution and data quality.
• Establish and improve QA processes, data custody, tracking, reporting, and issue investigation.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks for teleoperation workflows.
• Build and maintain operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation.
• Maintain logs of training outcomes, data quality metrics, and cross-team feedback.
• Act as the bridge between operations and engineering, surfacing operator feedback and translating guidance.
• Identify patterns in operator errors and system inconsistencies, and elevate with actionable context.
• Support engineering teams in improving data collection pipelines based on operational insight.
• Maintain proficiency across robotic systems and teleoperation interfaces.
