Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning with written teaching plan for patients.
• Answer patient and family questions with clear communication.
• Provide IV care and IV site management per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient rights.
• Organize work, set priorities, and delegate under supervision.
• Participate in ongoing educational activities and competency training.
