• Delivers individualized patient care in accordance with established standards and policies.
• Assumes charge nurse functions as delegated by the Nurse Manager.
• Completes daily patient classification per facility policy and court requirements.
• Maintains complete, accurate documentation of patient status and nursing interventions.
• Participates in discharge planning and provides discharge teaching as needed.
