Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the 12.5 Specialty Float Tele role in the Telemetry Float Pool. Location is New Jersey with 7p–8a shifts, 3 shifts weekly, 37.5 hours.

Current NJ RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred. This full-time hourly position offers a pay range of $47.85–$60.60 per hour with uniform expectations and a focus on quality patient care in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.
• Preferred: Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or currently matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and coordinate with telemetry units.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient teaching.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety and privacy.
