Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse License in New Jersey (or eligible).
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• Successful completion of hospital orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across telemetry units in a fast-paced float pool.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy per policy.
