Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center seeks an experienced RN for the 12.5 Specialty Float Tele role in New Jersey. You will work in the Telemetry Float Pool with multiple units, providing high-quality nursing care.

The position is Full-Time with 7p–8a shifts, 12.5 hours, 37.5 weekly, and every other weekend. Requires NJ RN license and BLS; BSN preferred. Competitive hourly pay ranges apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of all orientation requirements of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in discharge planning and ensures a written teaching discharge plan.
• Appropriately delegates but remains ultimately responsible.
• Assumes charge nurse functions as delegated by Nurse Manager and organizes assignments by patient acuity.
