Job summary

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey seeks an experienced RN to join the Telemetry Float Pool on the Evening shift. This full-time role covers 12.5-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and requires strong assessment and discharge planning skills.

You will deliver patient-centered care across medical-surgical and telemetry units, perform IV therapy, document meticulously, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Successfully complete all hospital orientation requirements.
• Complete all orientation programs.
• Preferred: BSN or currently matriculating.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across telemetry units, collaborating with the care team.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication administration per policy.
• Demonstrate professional communication with patients, families, and staff.
