Requirements include RN licensure in NJ and BLS, with orientation completed. Scheduling features 12.5-hour shifts, full-time status, and every other weekend. Pay ranges hourly from $47.85 to $60.60.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Completion of Cooperman Barnabas orientation requirements.
• Successful completion of all orientation programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care following established standards and policies.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide written teaching plans.
• Assume charge nurse functions as delegated by management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate via SBAR during hand-offs.
• Assist with IV starts, telemetry care, and blood product administration.
