Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an onsite Telehealth Specialist/Optometric Assistant to guide patients through remote eye exams and coordinate with Telemedicine Physicians. You will handle preliminary testing, maintain accurate records, and transition patients from exam to sales while educating on products and services.

Qualifications

• Customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist remote eye exam processes and liaison between patients and Telemedicine Physicians.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide important information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products.
• Support store operations, restock inventory, clean equipment, and answer phones.
