Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in the Phoenix area. You will lead crews, manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate safety and productivity, and ensure project timelines are met.

Strong communication with customers and city inspectors is essential, along with reading blueprints and performing as-builds when required. The role requires supervising a crew of 2–8 employees or subcontractors, coordinating with supervisors, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints and project plans.
• Experience supervising crews of 2–8 workers.
• Ability to coordinate safety, OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within state.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Oversee trenching, excavation, and conduit installation.
• Ensure safety policies and quality standards.
