Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC in Idaho seeks a Foreman on our Telecom Underground team to lead daily crew operations, mentor crews, and ensure field execution to safety and quality standards.

You'll read blueprints and maps, coordinate with supervisors and property owners, operate heavy equipment, and enforce OSHA/DOT rules in all weather conditions. 3+ years of underground telecom experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of underground telecommunications field experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant field experience acceptable.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience with bore drilling (Directional Drilling) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crew operations to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coach crew members and develop their technical skills.
• Read blueprints, maps, and specs to guide field execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations on each site.
• Coordinate tasks with Supervisors and communicate with property owners.
• Operate heavy machinery and tools across outdoor terrains and weather.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
