Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high quality results and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews in meeting daily production goals and maintains production records.
• Coordinate invoicing with direct manager according to policy and goals for each job.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and regulations (OSHA, DOT) on all assignments.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; manage safety reporting and investigations.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings; coordinate with Superintendent on owner complaints.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and discipline staff; interface with HR as needed.
• Communicate equipment needs to direct manager; oversee maintenance and repairs.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Complete 8 JSOs and daily DVIRs when required.
• Ensure fleet gate checks are completed within 45 days.
