Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Laborer Telecom Underground III to join our Telecom Underground team in Phoenix. You will lead small crews and perform skilled tasks, ensuring safe, high-quality completion of complex underground telecom projects.

Requires 18+, US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and a CDL with ability to pass screenings. Overtime, travel, and training may be required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant work experience.
• CDL required and able to pass background and drug screening.
• 3 years of experience in underground telecommunications construction or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Dig using hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in and out of equipment and operate heavy machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas while coordinating safely with crew.
• Complete general construction work under supervision and follow safety rules.
• Provide support to small workgroups to meet project goals on time.
