Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage multiple crews and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met on telecom construction projects. You will coordinate pre-construction meetings, supervise field staff, and interface with customers and city inspectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Proven leadership experience guiding employees to produce high quality results and teamwork.
• Any combination of education and/or experience demonstrating ability to perform the job duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews in meeting and maintaining daily production goals as well as maintaining production records.
• Coordinates with their direct manager to invoice jobs in a timely manner as established in company policy and area goals for each job.
• Ensures all safety policies, OSHA, DOT and project requirements are in compliance with each crew assignment.
• Conducts accident investigations including job damage, injuries and vehicle accidents.
• Attends safety meetings with the crews and all required trainings.
• Manages staffing, training and performance, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Interacts with customers to discuss needs and jobs.
• Maintains fleet, equipment, and 45‑day gate checks.
