Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground to manage two to four crews and ensure safety, quality and production targets. The role involves coordinating pre-construction activities, interfacing with customers and city inspectors, and maintaining safety and production records.

Qualifications

• Experience leading telecommunications or utility construction crews.
• Proven leadership guiding employees to produce high-quality results.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, train, coach and discipline staff.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews in meeting and maintaining daily production goals and production records.
• Coordinate with direct manager to invoice jobs per policy and area goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies (OSHA, DOT) on all crew assignments.
• Conduct accident investigations and participate in safety meetings.
• Attend in-house and outsourced trainings as required by policy.
• Staffing, training and performance management in collaboration with HR.
