Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Laborer for the Telecom Underground team in Phoenix, AZ. You will perform general labor duties related to underground telecommunications construction under foreman supervision, including digging, loading, and equipment operation. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Requires 18+ years of age and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or related work experience.
• 3 years of underground telecommunications construction or related field experience.
• CDL required and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in/out of equipment and operate around heavy machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas with crew coordination.
• Follow safety rules and standard procedures; assist with site restoration and reporting.
• Mentor Level I/II laborers and complete production reports.
