Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead field crews and ensure safety, production, and quality targets are met while coordinating with management and external customers.

The role requires strong leadership, field experience in telecom/utility construction, and the ability to document work and performance. This is a salaried on-site position with a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding teams to high quality results.
• Experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Ability to perform duties with safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and lead crews to meet daily production goals and maintain records.
• Coordinate with manager to invoice jobs per policy and area goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA, DOT on each project.
• Investigate accidents and injuries.
• Attend safety and in-house trainings.
• Staffing, training, and performance management.
• Interface with customers to discuss needs and jobs.
• Complete 8 JSOs including auditing.
