Job summary

Pauley Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman for Telecom Underground work in Chino Valley, AZ. You will lead crews, manage safety, and coordinate installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems, interfacing with customers and inspectors as needed.

The ideal candidate has prior foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints, use heavy equipment, and ensure high-quality work under varied weather and site conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Foreman experience preferred as part of qualification.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field operations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Support hiring and training of crew members.
• Perform as-built records and project documentation.
• Operate and supervise use of construction equipment as needed.
