Job summary

Globe Communications LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. You will lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

You will train crew members, read blueprints, and coordinate with property owners while following OSHA and DOT regulations. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
