Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years in telecom and IT network systems.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise telecom and voice systems.
Provide technical support for RingCentral and Avaya platforms.
Support Avaya Communications Manager v16.3, System Manager, and Session Manager.
Maintain Avaya Aura Messaging and Conferencing environments.
Administer CMS and related telecom applications.
Monitor systems and resolve performance, connectivity, and availability issues.
Coordinate with IT and networking teams on complex issues.
Document configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Travel up to 20% to other locations as needed.
