Job summary

You will manage daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on‑prem), call flows, MACs, and contribute to the smooth delivery of voice services.

Qualifications

• RingCentral experience.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience.
• Experience with Avaya CM v16.3 and related tools (System/Session Manager, Aura Messaging, CMS, VeraSmart, Virtual Observer, G430/G450/G650).
