Job summary

Noblis seeks a Telecom Analyst / Project Lead to review FAA telecommunications solutions and lead related projects. You will manage scope, estimates, schedules, and artifacts essential for successful FAA telecom implementations.

The role requires extensive knowledge of IP VPNs, networking, and security, with strong collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with FAA offices and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wide-area networking, IP VPNs, and enterprise network operations.
• Experience with network security, managed services, wireless and cloud-based offerings.
• Strong understanding of transmission theories and networking protocols.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust (US citizen or green card holder).

Responsibilities

• Review telecommunications solutions and architectures for FAA systems.
• Manage FAA telecommunications projects: scope, cost estimation, scheduling, and resource tracking.
• Assist with IP configurations, IP subnetting, VPN configurations, and firewall rules for FAA deployments.
• Attend meetings with FAA and vendors to ensure major network projects progress on schedule.
• Prepare Statements of Work, RFI/RFP responses, project plans, and diagrams for telecom implementations.
