Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sale technical expertise to Sales Force.
• Consult with Account Executives on network design and CVC/CPE.
• Present Managed WiFi, Fiber, and HFC advantages to prospects.
• Use consultative selling to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• Assist Sales with diagrams and Visio drawings.
• Interface with customers to determine Optimum Bulk Data needs.
• Translate technical terms for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure customer requirements meet internal procedures.
• Assist in gathering data for RFPs/RFIs.
• Participate in special projects and other duties.
