Job summary

RFNOW Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team to translate customer requirements into technically sound, cost-effective telecom solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations to design, validate, and present fiber, IP, wireless, and cloud connectivity solutions.

You will develop detailed proposals, BOMs, diagrams, and design guides, and assist in RFP/RFI responses while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of telecom technologies and architectures.
• Experience designing enterprise connectivity solutions (DIA, VPNs, SD-WAN).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
• Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end telecom solutions including fiber, Ethernet, IP/MPLS, DWDM/optical transport, fixed wireless, VoIP, and managed network services.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, network diagrams, BOMs, and solution architectures.
• Validate solution feasibility with Services, Network Engineering, Field Operations, and Planning.
• Deliver technical presentations and participate in customer workshops as presales expert.
