Provide advanced technical consultation during the sales cycle with Account Executives and field teams.
Design and deliver scalable network solutions and create proposals and diagrams.
Lead discovery sessions to assess customer needs, environments, and requirements.
Present technical solutions and value propositions to executive stakeholders.
Educate and mentor sales teams on core technologies and solution positioning.
Oversee handoff to implementation and post-sales support to ensure success.
