Job summary

Segra is seeking a Project Manager II for a full-time, hybrid role with in-office and remote flexibility. You will oversee multiple projects through launch and lifecycle stages, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and high satisfaction.

The role requires a PM background, telecommunications knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office, with strong communication and independent work capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired
• Project management experience required
• MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Serve as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting support as needed.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate with internal teams.
