Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time role in a Segra office location with hybrid work. The role requires leading multiple projects through launch and lifecycle, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring timely implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree with PM experience (minimum 3 years) and knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and MS Office. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired
• Project management experience required
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Lead the launch and life cycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Coordinate work intake and support vendor/PO processing and reporting as needed by Program Operations Analyst roles.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and communicate across involved teams.
