Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time hybrid role in Missouri. The PM II will drive project launches and lifecycle management, serving as the primary liaison to customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in PM or related field with at least 3 years of PM experience, and familiarity with telecom technologies. Strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in PM or related field with 3+ years PM experience.
Minimum 3 years in telecommunications industry desired.
Proficient in MS Office and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Manage the launch and lifecycle of multiple projects to meet revenue and satisfaction goals.
Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of implementation.
Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting with PMO teams.
Ensure timely execution of all implementation activities and cross-team communication.
