Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with Project Management and/or minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experiences pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired
• Project management experience required
• MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Serve as the liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting support from Program Operations Analyst roles.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and proactively communicate internally across all involved teams.
