Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for full-time in one of our office locations. This hybrid role requires three days in the office with two remote days, and focuses on launching and managing multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's with PM experience (or 3+ years in PM), telecom industry exposure, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with PM focus or equivalent and 3+ years PM experience.
• Minimum 3 years in the telecommunications industry preferred.
• Project management experience is required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch and lifecycle management of multiple projects.
• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases.
• Support work intake coordination, vendor/PO processing, and reporting.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and cross-functional coordination.
