Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Project Manager II for a full-time hybrid position at one of our U.S. office locations. You will drive the launch and lifecycle of multiple projects, balancing technical and business needs, and act as the main liaison with customers.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and support reporting across the Network Engineering Program Management Office. A Bachelor's and 3+ years in project management, preferably in telecom, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related field; 3+ years PM experience.
• 3+ years telecommunications industry experience desired.
• Project management experience required.
• MS Office knowledge.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the launch and lifecycle of multiple projects to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
• Serve as liaison between Segra and customers during all phases of project implementation.
• Coordinate work intake, vendor/PO processing, and reporting with Program Operations Analyst roles as needed.
• Ensure timely management of all implementation activities and proactive internal communication.
